Essential oils are excellent tools for our well-being and have multiple properties; and ways of using, according to each of our needs. Essential oils can be used individually or mixes of essential oils from the properties can be created; compatible to increase their potential & agrave; and effectiveness. All uses are safe provided they are followed by the letter. Every essential oil has properties; and contraindications that must always be considered. Aromatic use

Some examples of essential oil applications can be:

- Inhalation (breathing by a handkerchief with a few drops of O.E.).
- Fumigations.

Topical Use
Topical use is another very effective method for using essential oils, because it is essential; they absorb quickly and remain in the application area, giving a localized benefit. Vectors and a light massage increase the absorption of oils into the epidermis. Essential oils should never be used on the skin, because they may be irritating, so always use a vector oil or a neutral cream for this type of application. Avoid contact with certain parts of the body such as eyes, ears, mucous membranes or skin irritated or injured.
Some examples of essential oil applications can be:
- Add some drops of oil to the hot bath.
- Prepare hot and cold packs, wetting in cloth with hot or cold water, adding essential oils and applying to the desired area.
- Add the essential oil to a cream or lotion and apply it to the skin.

Internal use
Essential oils used internally have many qualities: they can be used to flavor food and drink, but can also be used for more targeted action with the many natural benefits. It is very important to remember that essential oils are concentrated, so you must never exaggerate with the quantities used.
Imported is always to follow the dosage recommendations for internal use, ie 1 drop each 100 gr / ml of food or drink.

Some examples of essential oil applications can be:
- Use essential oils to cook, replacing herbs or spices.
- Use essential oils to flavor water, herbal teas or other drinks.
- Take a drop of essential oil on a sugar bowl or a teaspoon of honey.
